Intradiem Hires Key Management to Support Growth

Leaders deepen enterprise-class experience and capabilities

ATLANTA, GA (February 16, 2017) –  Intradiem, the leading provider of intraday automation solutions to frontline workforces, including contact center, retail, back-office and field services, today announced the additions of Marie Gunn, Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Operations and Amirtharaj Karuppaiah, Vice President of Product Development to its senior leadership team.

Gunn and Karuppaiah provide significant experience in executing and expanding enterprise-class capabilities within SaaS-based organizations. Gunn brings 20 years of experience in customer operations, professional services, support and release management while at Procuri, Brightree and other organizations. Karuppaiah has 20 years of product development and engineering leadership experience from Infor and Brightree.

With Procuri, Gunn grew the processes and team that supported the company’s growth to becoming one of the largest cloud-based supply chain management companies. Karuppaiah led and successfully scaled the product and engineering teams during his career in SaaS.
