As Chief Experience Officer at Intradiem, Derek Eck leads the customer experience and net retention strategies, ensuring a relentless focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience with every interaction. Derek brings over 15 years of experience in the contact center industry, with a strong focus on people leadership and customer experience. Throughout his career, Derek has served in a variety of roles, including operations, workforce management, customer experience, customer success management, and implementation of contact center software. He holds certifications in Workforce Management Mastery and Customer Success Management. Currently, Derek is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Leadership from Franklin University.
