Intradiem is a fully remote company. Our team members live and work in close to three dozen U.S. states as well as Canada and the UK.
That’s a lot of communities to serve, and there’s always room for one more.
Each year, our employees work together in cross-functional teams to volunteer their time, resources, and effort to provide hope and progress to a variety of charitable organizations in their communities.
Community Service is in Our DNA
A Servant’s Heart is a core value at Intradiem. Our employees volunteer their time, effort and resources to a wide variety of people and organizations in need in their local communities.
Service Takes Many Forms:
Department Team Projects
Department teams gather each year for an in-person meeting and incorporate a community service component as part of their meeting. Past projects include:
- Creating canvases for hospitals through the Foundation for Hospital Art
- Distributing care packages to active military personnel through IHONORUSA
Each year employees volunteer to lead teams of their fellow employees in a cross-functional community service project. Each team receives a budget from Intradiem to purchase needed items for an organization of their choice.
Intradiem encourages employees to participate in our internal resource groups, each of which incorporates community service components into their activities.
The entire company meets in a different city each year for a three-day in-person gathering. Community service is at the heart of these gatherings. We choose a local organization to support.
Intradiem has a dedicated internal communications channel where employees post volunteer activities they undertake spontaneously in their local communities. These initiatives are highlighted at the company’s bimonthly Town Hall meetings. We’re proud of the work we do in our communities and the positive impact we’re making in our communities.
