The notion of ‘service’ is deeply embedded in Intradiem’s DNA. It begins with
how we support each other at work and extends to our
customers and the communities we live in.
Prioritizing a strong service culture attracts servant-hearted people to
our company—the kind of people who take great care of our customers.
Intradiem’s service culture is emphasized in the hiring and onboarding processes,
and many employees tell us it’s a decisive factor in their choice to join us.
Each year, Intradiem employees volunteer to lead teams composed of randomly-assigned groups of their colleagues from across the company. The company provides each team with a sum of money to spend on charities of their choice.
Team members collaborate to select charities and choose items or services to provide to their chosen organizations. All community service events are spotlighted in company meetings. These events have supported more than 50 organizations across multiple communities.
Intradiem employees have been serving quarterly lunches since 2008 to needy recipients at MUST Ministries, an organization that provides services and support to homeless men, women and children.
For several years, our employees have volunteered to support children and staff at the Easterseals daycare center. Easterseals provides services to individuals and families with disability challenges.
Since 2017 Intradiem has supported food drives at multiple Atlanta-area food banks. In 2022, employees helped stock the North Fulton Community Charities food pantry by bringing food items to an employee meeting.
