Recognized for leading with automation to achieve new levels of contact center service delivery
ATLANTA, February 26, 2019 – Intradiem, the leading provider of contact center robotic process automation (RPA), today launched the Contact Center Automation Innovator Award (CCAI) designed to recognize industry visionaries who are leading with automation in the advancement and success of modernizing the contact center.
