Intradiem Honored as a 2017 Atlanta Workplace Achieve

Intradiem was awarded by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution as a Top Workplace

ATLANTA, GA (March 31, 2017) – Intradiem, the leading provider of intraday automation solutions to frontline workforces, including contact center, retail, back-office, and field services, today announced it has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces, Workplace Achiever honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The award, which recognized a total of 167 companies in 2017, is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey. According to the AJC, Top Workplaces are not only better places to work but are more likely to be successful than peer organizations.

“The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And oftentimes, people assume it’s all about fancy perks and benefits,” says Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. “But to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health. And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day—the employees. Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together.” Claffey adds, “Without this sense of connection, an organization doesn’t have a shot at being named a Top Workplace.”

Intradiem earns its spot as the company’s belief in community service has helped define its culture and vision. The organization emphasizes the need to give back and attracts the kind of people who strive to make an impact in both the community and the lives of its clients.

“Our culture is about serving others, and it’s this shared characteristic of our employees at every level that drives success for our customers,” said Mark Morel, President, and Chief Operating Officer at Intradiem. “This dedication to our customers and to each other organically nurtures an environment of positivity, respect, and service. That said, the team here is honored to be recognized as an Atlanta Top Workplace for the third year in a row.”

The employee survey was administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of the workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution published the complete list of Top Workplaces on March 26, 2017. For more information about the Top Workplaces lists and WorkplaceDynamics, please visit http://www.topworkplaces.com and http://www.workplacedynamics.com.
