Intradiem’s Intelligent Automation Solutions Now Available through Avaya Select Product Program

Atlanta – April 13, 2021 Today Intradiem announced that its portfolio of Intelligent Automation solutions will be sold through the Avaya Select Product Program. Avaya is a global leader in solutions to enhance and simplify communications and collaboration, delivering open, intelligent, and customizable solutions for contact centers and unified communications that create seamless communication experiences for customers and employees.

The Select Product Program offers customers a streamlined way to order Avaya-compatible, third-party applications that are chosen for the powerful capabilities they bring to the Avaya portfolio.

Intradiem’s solutions offered through the program have been compliance-tested for compatibility with Avaya Call Management System (CMS) and Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Services (AES). Integrating with an Avaya platform, it makes it easy for companies to dramatically increase productivity, reduce handle time, and increase agent engagement all while improving the customer experience. As part of the Avaya orderable solution set, Intradiem’s solutions can be easily purchased through both Avaya and its channel partners. Customers can add specific capabilities to their existing Avaya platform or can source a complete Avaya-based communications solution that incorporates Intradiem’s Intelligent Automation solutions.
