Jennifer Lee Wins 2024 Arizona Vistage Impact Award

Intradiem’s President and Co-CEO prioritizes boldness, curiosity, and empathy in her pursuit of excellence for her organization and her community

Atlanta, July 11, 2024 — Jennifer Lee, President and Co-CEO of Intradiem, has been named the 2024 winner of the Arizona Vistage Impact Award. The Impact Award honors Jennifer’s leadership and her enduring impact on her organization and her community.

Vistage is the world’s leading executive coaching and peer advisory organization, currently serving more than 45,000 members in 35 countries. The organization has contributed to the success of more than 100,000 CEOs and top executives since its founding in 1957. Statistics show that Vistage members grow their businesses faster than non-members with comparable-sized companies.

Jennifer Lee joined Intradiem, the leading provider of contact center automation solutions for customer service teams, in 2015. She has held several key roles at the company, including leadership roles in Customer Success and Strategy before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2021, President in 2023, and Co-CEO in 2024.

Jennifer became a Vistage member in 2022, joining the prestigious community of CEOs, business owners and other key executives who are committed to helping each other make better decisions, get better results and become better leaders. Vistage members gather monthly with their local peer advisory groups to challenge assumptions and help each other vet ideas, troubleshoot strategies, and find solutions together.

Intradiem’s latest innovation leverages predictive AI models to address employee burnout. Most recently, Intradiem launched four new solutions that increased revenue by 40%. The company boasts a 98% customer retention rate, a strong indication of the trust it has earned in pursuit of its ambitious goal of saving customers an annualized $1 billion by 2027.  

Jennifer will represent the Vistage community at 2024 Vistage on the Hill, an in-person event with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC, on July 16. The day will feature several U.S. Chamber of Commerce policy experts presenting on key issues including small business policy, international policy and more, followed by discussion and real-world insights from attending Vistage members.
