The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Names Intradiem a Winner of the Atlanta Top Workplaces 2021 Award

Atlanta, GA – March 24, 2021  – Intradiem has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”

“Our culture is about serving others, and it’s this shared characteristic of our employees at every level that drives success for our customers,” said Matt McConnell, Intradiem’s Chief Executive Officer. “We believe that the only sustainable competitive advantage in business is great people, and great people are attracted to great cultures. So, we put a lot of focus on creating a great culture,” said Matt McConnell, Intradiem’s Chief Executive Officer. “When the pandemic hit in 2020, we didn’t waver. Our leadership team assured employees that they continued to be our first priority, and this allowed them to focus on serving our customers. This focus on people and culture allowed us to grow the business through the pandemic, and we saw double-digit increases in both NPS and eNPS. The team is honored to be recognized as an Atlanta Top Workplace again in 2021.”
