Five New Forefront Events Added for U.S. and Canada

Forefront, the community for innovative automation leaders, will be making its way to Charlotte, Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Montreal.

The events are created for contact center operations and workforce management professionals interested in learning how workforce automation can drive significant cost savings, improve agent engagement and provide a better end-customer experience. Throughout each conference, attendees will network with peers in their community while learning from leading industry professionals.
